Tamar International provides passport and visa services on behalf of our clients. Theses services are provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions:

**Please note that Tamar Internationals fees cover initial submission to proper issuing authorities. Other fees will be incurred if additional trips and submissions are requested by the issuing agencies.

You (passport or visa applicant) are responsible for the payment of all government application and processing fees, as well as for Tamar International’s service charges in accordance with Tamar International’s current service fee schedule. All fees are subject to change without notice. Note that our service fees are taking reasonable actions To obtain yow passport and/or visa(s), but we do not guaranty that we will be able to do so or that we will be able to do so in the time period that you request. No refund or credits will be given if your passport and/or visa is denied or delays for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Tamar International will make every reasonable effort to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information with respect to and visa requirements processing times and fees which we obtain from governmental and other sources believed by us to be reliable. However, such information is subject to change-without notice. Tamar International cannot warrant the accuracy of the information that we provide and you are advised to check directly with the consulate or embassy of country you plan to visit regarding all necessary visa requirements.

Tamar International will make every reasonable effort to obtain the passport and/or visas that you require in a timely manner however, we can not guarantee that we will be able to obtain your passport, requested visa so that we will be able to obtain them by the date you request. We must rely on U.S. and foreign governmental agencies and other third parties, and as result, there are instances where passports and, /or visas maybe denied or delayed for reasons that we cannot control. We accept no responsibility for the services of the U.S. Passport Agency, any Other governmental agency, or any consulate or embassy regarding the issuance of passports or visas. In addition we accept no responsibility for any delays or loss of passport or other documents sent by such, government agencies or by third party delivery service( such as USPS, Federal Express or UPS). Further, increased security concerns, in the U’S’ and foreign countries may result in processing delays or denials of passports or visas. you are advised not to purchase non-refundable tickets or make n on-refundable reservations until you have received your passport and all necessary visas.

It is your responsibility to check all passport and visa applications to ensure they are filled out accurately and completely. In addition, when you receive your passport and/or visas and other travel documents it is your responsibility to verify that all the visas you require for your trip have been obtained, that the visa for each country you intend to visit are valid for the dates of your visit, and that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the completion of your trip. It is your responsibility (and not Tamar International’s) to ensure that you have complied with all necessary visa requirements.

It is important to note that the issuance of a passport or visa is at the discretion of the issuing authority. In addition, even if you have a valid passport and visa, a country’s immigration officials may deny entry into that country.

By sending passport and./or visa applications to Tamar International for processing, you accept all of the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein, and you agree( l) that Tamar International will have no liability if our failure to obtain a requested passport or visa(s) in-a timely manner due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, (2) In all other instances, including Tamar International’s negligence, your sole and exclusive remedy against Tamar International for damages will be the return of the Tamar International service fees actually paid by you or $500, which ever is less, and (3) any claim against Tamar International must be submitted in writing to us within 90 days of occurrence and otherwise any claim will be deemed to be waived by you. In no event shall Tamar International’s total liability to you for any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities and damages of any kind, whether caused by our negligence or otherwise, exceed the lesser of (A) the service fees actually paid by you to Tamar International or (B) $500. In addition in no event shall Tamar International be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages including (without limitation) lost profits, or for punitive damages.*All fees are non refundable for Tamar International Services once all documents have been submitted to the proper governmental agencies.  Fees that are refunded by the governmental issuing agencies will be refunded via company check with in 30 days. Cancellations within 24 hrs of submission will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee.
